Being an Engage Associate

Our success is without question down to the incredible team we have built and our ability to be flexible in our working and so our Associates are a really important part of our team.

Why we employ Associates

Whilst approximately 80% of our workforce are PAYE employees, the other 20% is made up of Associates. Associates are independent consultants who work with us on a contractual basis. The contracts can be both short and long-term and at all management levels. This allows us to expand our remit in terms of skills and explore new working environments with the confidence that we can deliver.

 

Lasting relationships

We see working with Associates as a mutually beneficial relationship.  By working in this way we can deploy quickly, into a diverse selection of projects and sectors knowing we are working with pre-vetted highly skilled individuals. Associates are able to choose the projects they undertake whilst remaining self-employed, and enjoying the benefits that it brings.

 

Ensuring excellence every step of the way

We insist on only working with reliable, skilled, and experienced professionals. As such all our Associates go through a detailed interview process. During the process, you may meet one or more of our directors. They will review your experience and knowledge and will be keen to understand what motivates you. Due to the nature of our business, you may also be subject to security screening as well as the usual reference checks.

  • Joining the talent Pool

    If successful in joining our Associate Talent Pool, we will keep a copy of your CV permanently on file and you will receive regular emails. 

  • Quarterly Updates

    Every 3 months you will be asked to complete an availability update request. This ensures we know your availability and your requirements at all times and will contact you with appropriate roles.

  • Available and Upcoming Opportunities

    We will contact you directly regarding available opportunities that fit your criteria.  You can also opt in to receive general updates on opportunities we are advertising across all projects.

  • Stay in touch

    We are always happy to hear from you.  If you want to make us aware of any changes to your circumstances or updates to your CV; feel free to get in touch

  • Referrals
